The Hong Kong Student Law Gazette is Hong Kong’s leading law student publication.
The Gazette is published twice each academic year and reaches thousands of current and future Hong Kong law students, primarily through campus-wide distribution and the annual Hong Kong Student Law Fair.It offers students the invaluable opportunity to engage with key legal issues. It also aims to showcase the talent and opinions of Hong Kong’s law students, contribute to legal scholarship by addressing key legal and social issues, and foster dialogue between law students and the wider legal community.
Founded in 2011 as the GLSA Gazette, it was initially written, edited and managed exclusively by postgraduate law students of CUHK. The following year, the Gazette became an independent society and was rebranded the Hong Kong Student Law Gazette. It subsequently began inviting participation from the CUHK undergraduate community and continues to be an entirely student-run organisation.
The Gazette has received tremendous support from the CUHK Law Faculty and Hong Kong’s legal community, including industry leaders, the judiciary and the city’s top law firms.
